Prize Details and Promotion Rules
Every deal that closes or becomes non refundable by July 14, 2006 — plus referrals to Borelli that result in closed or non refundable sales, leases, or property management contracts — earns two tickets and pit access to a single day at the San Jose Grand Prix. The grand prize, 2nd and 3rd place winners get two seats for Friday through Sunday, July 28-30, 2006 in Borelli's luxury trackside suite, pit crew access to the #22 Maxwell House/Borelli Racing Team throughout the weekend, and a cash voucher for $500(1st), $300 (2nd), or $200 (3rd). Grand prize winner also gets a two-night stay at the Hilton Hotel.

All deals closed or under contract with feasibility waived for Borelli office condominiums, signed leases or sales of any properties managed or represented by Borelli, or referrals that result in sales, leases, or new property management contracts for Borelli will count toward promotional prizes. Top prizes will be awarded to the individuals who generate the highest dollar volumes in office condo sales and/or have the largest total value of lease transactions or property management business at qualifying properties between 4/3/06 and 7/14/06.
