Prize Details and Promotion Rules
Every deal that closes or becomes non refundable between March 1, 2007 and July 13, 2007 is eligible for the Grand Prize, which will be awarded to the broker with the highest dollar volume in office condo sales and/or the largest total value of lease transactions. Second and third prizes will be awarded in a random drawing rom all brokers who have shown at least two Borelli properties to two separate clients with a Borelli representative present during the contest time period. Guests in Borelli's luxury, two-story trackside suite will be by invitation only. Winners are only eligible for one promotion. The decisions of Borelli Investment Company are final. The third annual San José Grand Prix will once again see Champ Cars hitting speeds of over 180 mph on a downtown San Jose circuit that promises lots of passing and excitement.
The week-long 2006 Grand Prix festival attracted more than 150,000 fans and raised over $1 million for Canary Foundation — making this much more than a race! This year, the Historic Stock Car Racing Series (HSCRS) announces the Ride Of Your Life, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ride in an historic NASCAR car, such as the #24 Jeff Gordon car sponsored by DuPont, the #43 STP 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix car previously driven by Richard Petty, or Ralph Borelli’s vintage #22 Maxwell House Ford Thunderbird—a former pole-sitter at the NASCAR Daytona 500. The race takes place on Saturday morning of Grand Prix weekend.
