Bill joined Borelli Investment Company in 1995 to help manage Borelli’s growing portfolio of property assets. He is also active in general brokerage, and has served as a court-appointed receiver in Alameda , San Francisco , Sonoma , Marin, and Santa Clara counties. Before coming to Borelli, Bill was with the Northern California Real Estate Management Division of CB Commercial, where he was senior vice president and Northern California regional manager. Previously, he had also been resident manager of CB Commercial’s San Jose office—where he oversaw a staff of 65—and Western director of marketing for CB Commercial’s office buildings. Bill started as an office-leasing specialist with CB Commercial’s Oakland office in 1970.

Bill received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Santa Clara University . He is a licensed real estate broker, and has been active in numerous industry organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management , and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
