Lee is a long-time member of Borelli Investment Company’s professional staff, starting in the accounting department in 1995. He became a property manager in 1996, and has provided on-site leasing and management services at Oakmead Terrace—a landmark office project in Sunnyvale —ever since.
Lee’s day-to-day responsibilities for Borelli Investment Company are not limited to the Oakmead property. He handles a variety of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout Silicon Valley—overseeing maintenance and inspections, managing vendor relationships and contracts, supervising tenant improvements, and negotiating leases and other contracts. Born and raised in Silicon Valley , Lee received his degree in management and economics from San Jose State University . |
