A life-long resident of Silicon Valley, Mary joined Borelli Investment Company as a property manager in 2002. Mary currently manages more than 425,000 square feet of multi-tenant office and light industrial buildings from Fremont to South San Jose , working with approximately 190 tenants. Her property management responsibilities include leasing, sales of office condominiums, construction of tenant improvements, supervision of ongoing maintenance, and a full range of operational and financial duties—from collecting impounds and managing budgets to preparing and presenting owner’s reports.
Working with Monte Pasquinelli, Mary oversaw the highly successful $2.5 million renovation and conversion of an under-leased two-story garden office complex into AirTech Office Condominiums. Mary was instrumental in every phase of the conversion project, from construction management to sales of the condominium units.
Before joining Borelli Investment Company, Mary was the corporate lease administrator and facilities coordinator for Alta Vista Company in Palo Alto. She managed the real estate leasing department, facilities maintenance staff, and outside contractors providing building services and repairs. Prior to that, Mary was with Fluor Daniel, working on-site at Compaq Computer Corp. and Digital Equipment Corp to provide facilities management services.
Mary is a licensed real estate sales person, and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
