Tara came to Borelli Investment Company in 1997 and immediately began contributing as part of Borelli’s professional property management team. She plays a key role in managing and supervising a portfolio of more than one million square feet of space, including office, industrial, retail shopping centers, condominium associations, and a limited number of small luxury apartments in mixed-use settings.

Tara applies excellent communication skills to her work with owners, tenants, and vendors. She is active in marketing and leasing space, managing construction for tenant improvements or capital investments, handling day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks, preparing and managing operating and reserve budgets for owners/investors, assisting condo-owners with adherence to CCR's and their bylaws, in addition to routinely performing property inspections.

Prior to Borelli Investment Company, Tara held a variety of sales and other positions with a number of companies in Silicon Valley, while attending De Anza Community College. She is a licensed real estate sales person and a member of a number of professional associations, including a recognized certified Notary Public with the State of California.
