On Tuesday, April 25, 2006, Borelli Investment Company participated in the Livermore Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Roundup 2006. It was held at the Shrine Event Center at 170 Lindbergh Avenue, Livermore, CA. There were approximately 350 attendees at this well-attended event.

Borelli had a giveaway gift valued at $200 containing: 2 bottles of Livermore Estate wines, $100 gift certificate to dinner at Wente Vineyards, 3 CD's of relaxing music, wine accessories, wine bottle storage container and a Borelli Racing hat. There were four buses that toured Livermore Valley. Reviews of the market place were discussed which included R&D, office, retail shops, as well as new residential development and heightened condominium land and development transactions. Information about purchasers and developers were shared. Livermore has already begun and finished phase one of it's downtown area and is planning massive growth. A new 1,800-seat performing arts center as well as a 500 seat amphitheater is in the works with an existing current Arts Center of over 10,000 sq. ft. about to open upon completion. A new high-end retail center is being built (copied after Austin, Texas, with a Venetian theme) with gondolas and opera singers that can take you from one end of the center to the other. With the new 580 Interchange coming, Livermore is very excited about the changes in the next few years.

This event is held the Tuesday following April 15. This half day event begins with a bus tour of new residential, commercial and governmental development in Livermore. It concludes with a luncheon program where you will hear from experts on a variety of growth and development issues facing Livermore.
