Landport allows tenants to submit service requests via an intuitive, web-based user interface. Our property managers and field personnel can then be notified according to their preference by pager, cell phone, or other method—and each request can easily be tracked online until it is completed.

    In addition, Borelli Investment Company conducts preventive maintenance—such as filter change-outs on HVAC units and sprinkler system tests—designed to minimize downtime and reduce expensive replacements. Planned periodic building inspections to check roofs, elevators, parking lots, fire extinguishers, vacant spaces, and common areas further reduce problems and protect your investment.
